Rooms with lake view

Annamaria Brotto's family-style management creates an intimate, serene atmosp ere even in the 9 romantic rooms. It is lovely for us to see our guests move around the villa as if they were "at their lake house". Some rooms are spacious, others smaller, but all are unique and colourful. The balconies are romantic, as are the gardens where hammocks are hung. Both the rooms and the apartments are embellished with works of art by Annamaria Brotto and simple period furniture, personally chosen and restored by the owner. There is always a fresh and fragrant flower from the garden in a vase resting on the white lace covered bedside table.
SERVICES INCLUDED
Self-service breakfast buffet from 8.30 am to 9.45 am with a tasting of products from the cellar once a week. Telephone, Wi-Fi service only in the office area, hairdryer, ceiling fan, in-room safe. Two self service bars are available, one with satellite TV. Cold dishes are available on request. Swimming pool and private beach with deckchairs and umbrellas. Small playground for children, and animals in the gardens to caress. Barbecue grill available and tastings in the cellar.

Room 1

A spacious room located on the ground floor of Villa Schindler, in the newest part. The floor has warm parquet. The wardrobe and the antique chest are hand painted and decorated. The hand painted antique wrought iron bed is from the late 1800s. The large French doors make it a very bright room. The lovely balcony is adorned with fragrant flowers that frame a charming lake view. The private balcony communicates directly with the large terrace. The bathroom is spacious, has a shower, and has been recently renovated. There is also a sofa bed suitable for two children or a third person.

Room 4

A 15 square meter room with a lake view. It is located on the first floor in the oldest part of the villa. Its hand-painted wooden beams are originals from the end of the 19th century. The floor has warm red larch parquet. The wardrobe as well as the entirely handmade antique wrought iron bed are from the late-19th century. From its hand painted wooden window guests enjoy a wonderful view of the lake on the Gulf of Manerba. The bathroom is bright and has a toilet, shower, and sink.

Room 5

A spacious 18 square meter room. It is located on the first floor of Villa Schindler in the oldest part. Its floor has warm red larch parquet. The hand-painted wooden beams are original from the end of the 19th century, as is the antique inlaid fir wood bed. This was once Mr. Schindler's master bedroom, in fact his wall safe is still in the room. It is a bright and harmonious room. The bathroom is spacious and even has a wonderful lake view. The room also has a sofa bed for two children or a third person.

Room 6

A 14 square meter room with a lake view. It is located on the first floor of Villa Schindler in the newest part. The floor is warm parquet. The 19th century wrought iron bed was made and decorated entirely by hand. Through the French doors guests have access to a lovely little balcony with an original late 19th century railing. The fragrant flowers frame a wonderful lake view. Even the floral painting is unique and original. The bathroom is windowless but spacious with a toilet, shower, and sink.

Room 7

A lake view room, the smallest of Villa Schindler at 10 square meters. It is located on the first floor in the newest part of the villa. Its floor has warm parquet. The wrought iron bed was made entirely by hand and was painted by Anna Brotto as was the wardrobe. From the hand-painted French door guests access a lovely little balcony with an original late 19th century railing. The fragrant flowers frame a wonderful lake view. The bathroom is small and windowless but has a toilet, shower, and sink.
